| 摘 要： | 目的 研究中药墓头回治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床疗效.方法 观察墓头回治疗后ITP患者的症状改善情况,常规计数血小板数目的 变化;用流式细胞仪检测治疗前、后抗血小板抗体G(PAIgG)的变化.结果 墓头回治疗后ITP患者的治愈率为84.62%,治疗后PAIgG表达降低,血小板数目增加.结论 墓头回对ITP患者具有一定的临床治疗作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic effects and mechanisms of ixeritis in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.Methods Patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura were treated with ixeritis,and platelet associated immunoglobin G(PAIgG) of the patients before and after treatment was measured by flow cytometry.The platelets were counted,and the symptoms of the patients were observed.Results The cure rate of ixeritis on idiopathic thrombocytopenie purpura was 84.62%,the number of platelets... |
