经皮左锁骨下动脉导管药盒系统植入术的护理

经导管动脉栓塞及化疗灌注术是近年来广泛开展的治疗原发性肝癌等的方法之一。随着医学科学的不断发展，一种新的介入治疗方法－经皮左锁骨下动脉导管药盒系统应运而生。我院自１９９８年１２月至１９９９年１０月在放射科已成功进行８例经皮左锁骨下动脉导管药盒植入术，术后经过精心治疗护理，患者切口愈合良好，收到较好的效果。

The Nursing of Implantation of Percutaneous Trans-arterial Catheter Apparatus to Subclavian Artery

Transcatheter arterial embolization and infusion chemotherapy are widely accepted as one of the methods for primary hepatic carcinoma treatment. As medical technologies continuously developed in recent years, one of the new interventional therapy methods ?percutaneous trans-arterial catheter apparatus has been introduced. From December 1998 to October 1999, eight cases of implantation of percutaneous trans-arterial catheter apparatus to subclavian artery were performed by the physicians of our Department of Roentgenology. Postoperative nursing care was intensively and carefully made. The incision wound of the patients healed well and relatively good curative effects were achieved.
