Nursing of Decannulation for Patients after Tracheotomy Under Fiberoptic Laryngoscope

In order to observe the location and recovery process of the diseases, and to find out the time of de-cannulation, the patients of laryngeal respiratory insufficiency after tracheotomy should be examined by fiberoptic laryngoscope before the cannula is to be removed. It has decreased the time of obstructing the tube. We introduced the nursing and the method of laryngoscopy and de-cannulation.
