妊娠期高血压疾病并发脑血管病的临床分析

目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病并发脑血管病临床特点及防治方法。方法回顾性分析26例妊娠期高血压疾病合并脑血管病的发病特点、临床及影象学表现。结果本组病人脑出血21例,脑梗死5例,脑出血患者治疗后存有中度病残4例,重度病残2例,植物生存1例,死亡2例,余患者恢复良好。所有新生儿均存活。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者一旦出现神经功能症状均应考虑并发脑血管病的可能,经积极治疗和早期预防,预后良好。

Clinical Study of Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy With Cerebral Vascular Disease

Objective To investigate the clinical feature and the prevention or treatment of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy with cerebral vascular disease. Methods The clinical data of 26 pregnant womem with cerebro - vascular disease complication in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results 26 patients with eerebrovaseular disease complication were identified,including 21 with intraeerebral hemorrhage ,5 with superior sagital sinus thrombus, In cerebral hemorrhage patients there are four cases of moderate disability after treatment, two cases of severe disability, one vegetative Example, two eases of death. All newborns are to survive. Conclusions Whenever the neurological symptoms and signs presented, the clinicians should think of the cerebrovascular disease. Proper management in time and early prevention will achieve the better outcome for the mother and fetus.
