| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨外耳道乳头状瘤术后5-氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）湿敷治疗的临床效果。方法 将81例外耳道乳头状瘤的惠者随机分为两组，手术治疗加5-Fu局部湿敷为实验组（45例），单纯手术治疗为对照组（36例）。观察两组治疗效果。结果 实验组有效率93，3％，对照组80．6％，两组结果比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；实验组复发率6．6％，对照组41．7％。两组结果比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论 外耳道乳头状瘤术后加用5-Fu湿敷能明显提高临床疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of 5-fluorouracil wet compressing on treating papilloma of external auditory canal.Methods A total of 81 cases of papilloma of external auditory canal were randomly divided into 2 groups:5-Fu wet compressing and operation group(45 cases) and operation control group(36 cases).Results The effects in 5-fluorouracil wet compressing group proved to be(93.3%).The effects in operation control group were 80.6%.The recrudescence in 5-fluorouracil wet compressing group proved to be(6.6%).The recrudescence in operation control group were 41.7%.The differences between the 2 group are statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion 5-fluorouracil wet compressing has an obvious effect on treating papilloma of external auditory canal. |
