| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定舒乐脑心通颗粒中天麻素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Hypersil ODS(250mm×4·0mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0·05%磷酸溶液(2∶98),流速为1mL·min-1,检测波长为220nm。结果:天麻素进样量在0·1~2·0μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=1·0000);平均加样回收率为96·6%,RSD=0·80%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、快速、重现性好,可用于舒乐脑心通颗粒的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Gastrodine in Shulenaoxintong granules. METHODS： The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS（250 mm · 4.0 mm, 5 μm） with a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile 0.05%phosphorin acid（2 ： 98） at a flow rate of 1 mL · min^-1. The detective wavelength was set at 220 nm. RE- SULTS： A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.1- 2.0 μg（r = 1.000 0）, and the average recovery was 96.6% （RSD 0.80%, n = 6）. CONCLUSION： The method is convenient, rapid, and reproducible, and it is applicable for the quality control of Shulenaoxintong granules. |
