白内障术前结膜囊带菌相关因素的多因素非条件Logistic回归分析

目的研究白内障术前结膜囊带菌情况的主要相关因素。方法对2004年10月至2005年2月问，在第三军医大学大坪医院眼科门诊行白内障手术治疗的患者，在结膜囊无菌化准备前，结膜囊取材做细菌培养，并选取年龄、性别、眼别、外眼病、地区、职业、文化程度等因素，进行单因素及多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析结果显示，年龄、性别、外眼病、地区、职业、文化程度与结膜囊细菌培养结果相关。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析表明，只有年龄、性别、外眼病及文化程度与结膜囊细菌培养结果有稳定的关系。60岁以上结膜囊带菌高于60岁以下的患者；男性带菌率高于女性；有外眼病者结膜囊带菌高于无外眼病者。随着文化程度的提高，结膜囊带菌率降低。结论在估计结膜囊带菌可能性大小时，除了解与其相关的因素外，对与结膜囊细菌培养结果有稳定关系的因素应予以重视。

Multivariate logistic regression analysis on the bacterial culture result of conjunctival sac before cataract operation

Objective To explore the main relative factor of bacterial existence in conjunctival sac before cataract operation.Methods The patients,who wanted to receive cataract operation from October in 2004 to February in 2005 in eye out-patient department of Daping hostital of Third Military Medical University,were given a bacterial culture of conjunctival sac and the relative factors such as age,sex,alternative eye,ocular surface disease,region,vocation,education,et al were chosed and were anlyzed by univareate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results Univareate analysis indicated that the result of bacterial culture of conjunctival sac had significant associations with age,sex,ocular surface disease,region,vocation and education.Multivariate logistic regression alaysis showed that only the factors of age,sex,ocular surface disease and education had stable associations with the result of bacterial culture of conjunctival sac.The patient who were over 60 eyars had higher bacterial existence rate than the patient were under 60 years;Male higher than female;The patient having ocular surface disease higher than those having no ocular surface disease.And with the improvement of education,the bacterial existence rate decreased.Conclusions We should pay more attention to the stable factors which related with bacterial existence of conjunctival sac besides acknowledging other relative factors when we evaluating the probability of bacterial existence of conjunctival sac.
