构建护理本科毕业生质量评价指标体系的依据与原则

运用文献研究和理论分析法,探讨构建护理本科毕业生质量评价指标体系的依据与原则。结合21世纪人才观与质量要求,以及我国护理本科教育的特殊性与社会对人才的新要求,在分析本科培养目标的特征和要求基础上,拟定评价指标;以素质教育理论、系统论、人的全面发展理论、教育评价理论提出构建评价指标体系的理论依据。

Basis and principles of constructing quality evaluation indexes system for college nursing students

It probed into basis and principles of constructing quality evaluation indexes system for college nursing students by literatures reviewing and theoretical analysis. Evaluation indexes were draw up, combined the viewpoint of talented people with the quality demand in the 21th century and combined the specificity of college nursing education in China with new social demands for talented people, based on analyzing of features and demands of cultivation target of college. Based on quality education system theory, systemic theory, the human full-scale development theory and education assessment theory, theoretical basis were put forward for construction of the assessment indexes system.
