纤维素酶在金银花提取工艺中的应用

摘    要:目的:用金银花提取绿原酸,对其加酶组和未加酶组进行对比实验。方法:酶提取工艺即每克生药加入10U(0.25g)纤维素酶,充分搅拌,其它同原工艺。结果:加酶组提高了绿原酸的收率,与未加酶组相比有显著性差异。P<0.05结论:纤维素酶的加入,提高了绿原酸的收率。

Abstract:Objective.To extract chlorogenin acid from honeysuckle flowers and do compara- tive experiments between adding enzymes to honeysuckle flowers and not adding enzymes to honesuckle flowers.Methods:Enzymes extracting process,adding cellulase 10U (0.25g) and stir- ring.Other process is the same as the original process.Results:The extracting ration of chloro- genic acid has been improved by the enzymatic hydroysis of cellulase.Compared with those with- out the enzymatic hydrolysis,it has remarkable differences,P<0.05.Conclusion.The extracting ratio of chlorogenin acid can be improved by the adding of cellulase.
