摘    要:目的探讨基于问题的学习(PBL)教学法在护生实习带教中的应用效果。方法将60名护生随机分为两组,PBL教学组(30名)采用PBL教学法,对照组(30名)采用传统教学方法,比较两组的教学效果。结果 PBL教学组对各项目的自评和他评结果均好于对照组(P〈0.05),PBL教学组的操作考核成绩优于对照组(P〈0.05),两组在理论考核成绩方面差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 PBL教学运用于护生实习带教取得了较好的效果,对于激发学习积极性、提高分析解决问题的能力有明显促进作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) in the guiding and teaching for nursing students in clinical practice. Methods Sixty nursing interns were randomly divided into the experimental group (n=30) and the control group (n=30). The experimental group received PBL model in the teaching rounds, while the control group received txaditional learning model. The teaching effects were compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences in the self-rating and teacher-rating results between the two groups (P〈 0.05). The total score of operating examination in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). There were no difference of total score of theory examination between two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion The teaching effect of PBL is better in nursing students' learning activity and ability of analyzing and re- solving problem.
