| 摘 要： | 生物节律是生命体的基本现象之一。在人类最为常见且研究最多的是近日节律。近年研究发现,正常人的血管张力和内皮细胞功能存在明显的近日节律性,并且在心血管事件的发生中起重要作用。对此,国内外学者进行了初步研究,现就相关文献简要概述如下。

| Abstract: | Biological rhythm is a universal phenomenon in living organisms.Circadian rhythm is one of the rhythms that have been considerably studies.Recent studies have revealed that the circadian character of vascular tone and endothelial cell function plays an important role in the diurnal distribution of cardiovascular events.We reviewed the recent progress in the study of the chronobiological acpects of the endothelial function and endothelial vasoactive substances. |
