| 摘 要： | 目的：为也提高ＴＩＬ的抗肿瘤细胞活性。方法；使用冷冻方法制成肝癌瘤苗。用于激活ＴＩＬ，观察基杀伤Ｋ５６２细胞活性的改变。结果：经瘤苗激活的ＴＩＬ在培养扩增１０天，２０天，３０天和４０天对Ｋ５６２细胞的杀伤率均有明显提高，其中以培养扩增３０天时为最高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To enhance the anti-tumor activity of TIL Method: The liver cancer vaccines were made by cryodestorying method The TIL was stimulated by liver cancer vaccines and its anti-tumor activity was observed Result: The injurious rates of TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines and after cultured for 10 days, 20 days, 30 days and 40 days for K 562 cells were increased obviously Among them, the stimulated TIL after cultured for 30 days showed the highest killing K 562 cell activity Conlusion: The results indicated that the TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines possessed higher casualty function for K 562 Cells |
