红景天对AD大鼠空间学习记忆能力及海马组织CAT、GSH-Px的影响

摘    要:目的探讨红景天对阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型大鼠的空间学习记忆能力及大脑海马组织过氧化氢酶(CAT)与谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的影响。方法建立AD大鼠模型,采用Morris水迷宫测试系统检测大鼠学习记忆变化,采用生化检测方法检测大鼠海马组织CAT和GSH-Px的含量。用红景天以灌胃方式对实验大鼠进行干预,并以喜得镇作对照,观察其实验效果。结果模型组大鼠学习记忆功能明显减退。与模型组相比,中药组、西药组及空白组大鼠逃避潜伏期明显缩短,原平台象限比、跨平台次数明显增加;中药组、西药组海马组织CAT、GSH-Px含量与模型组比较明显增加。结论红景天可改善模型大鼠在Morris水迷宫中的学习记忆能力,提高大鼠大脑海马中CAT、GSH-Px的含量,从而提高对脑内过量自由基的清除。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of integripetal rhodiola herb(IRH) on spatial learning and memory abilities of AD-like rats as well as protein expression of CAT and GSH-Px in hippocamps of AD-like rats. Methods:AD model was formed. Morris water maze testing system was adopted to observe the changes of rats' learning and memory abilities.Biochemistry testing methods were adopted to observe the protein expression of CAT and GSH-Px in hippocamps of AD-like rats. By means of intragastric administration. Compared with hydergine's effects, IRH was adopted to cure the model rats.Results:The learning and memory abilities of model rats were obviously decreased. All of the test indexes,compared with that of the model group, showed that the abilities of space search, learning and memory in IRH group and hydergine group were remarkably improved. Conclusion:The IRH can improve the model rats' learning and memory abilities as well as the the protein expression of CAT and GSH-Px in hippocamps of model rats,and thus enhance the ability in eliminating excess free radicles.
