氟中毒患者口服亚硒酸钠对体内氟及抗氧化酶类的影响

在山东省外环境Ｓｅ水平较低的水源型高氟区，给７８例氟骨症和４０例氟斑牙患者口服亚硒酸钠。服Ｓｅ前后分数次复查体Ｓｅ和氟水平、血液ＧＳＨ一Ｐｘ活性、ＳＯＤ活性和含量及ＬＰＯ浓度。结果两组患者服Ｓｅ后，血、尿、发Ｓｅ升高，尿氟排泄量增加，血氟下降。血ＧＳＨ一Ｐｘ、ＳＯＤ活性升高，ＬＰＯ浓度下降。ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ／ＬＰＯ、ＳＯＤ／ＬＰＯ比值升高。提示在低Ｓｅ高氟区补Ｓｅ后，可提高氟中毒患者机体抗氧化能力，减轻脂质过氧化物对机体的损伤，同时能拮抗其体内的高氟。

EFFECT OF Na2SeO3一SUPPLEMENTATION ON FLUORINE CONTENT,ANTI-OXIDATIVE ENZYMES ACTIVITIES AND LIPID PEROXIDATION OF THE PATIENTS WITH FLUOROSIS

The contents of selenium(Se)and fluorine(F)in serum, urine and hair,the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH一px) in erythrocyte, the activity and content of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in red blood cells,the activity of SOD in serum and the content of lipid peroxide(LPO) in serum of 40 pati一ents with dental fluorosis and 78 patients with skeletal fluorosis were deter一mined in an area with a high concentration of F in the drinking water and a low concentration of Se in the cnvironment before and after Na2SeO3-sup, plementation. The results showed that the level of Se in the serum,urine and hair of the patients of both groups was higher after Se-supplementation. At the same time, the content of F in urine increased and in serum decreased.Increases of the activities of GSH一px,SOD in RBC and of the rate of GSH一Px/LPO, SOD/LPO, decrease of the content of LPO in serum of the patients were observed,Se might be aNeto improve the function of anti一oxidative enzymes and lower the damage of LPO. Meanwhile it also had an antagonistic effect on high concentration of F in the patients with fluorosis in an area of low level of Se.
