住院医师规范化培训体系中融合医学人文的设想

对住院医师的培训和考核应以提升临床能力为主导，融合医学人文的培养和要求。在培训内容方面做到医学技术与医学人文并重；在培训过程中带教老师应言传身教，整体贯彻“三基三严”；在考核指标中融入医学人文的要求；在培训和考核时做到“先模拟人、后真实病人”；在培养和考核临床师资时，也应把医学人文（包括医学伦理、医德医风、医患沟通等有关内容）作为必备要求。

Envision of Medical Humanities Involved in the Standardized Training of Resident Physicians in Hospitals

The training and examination of resident physicians should take the improvement of clinical ability as dominance, which integrates the training and requirements of medical humanities. The training contents lay equal impor- tance between medical technology and medical humanities. During the training, the clinical guiding teachers should teach by personalexample and verbal instruction;＂ three basics and three strictnesses＂ should be carried out, the requirements of medical humanities integrated into examination index,＂ simulate people first and then real patients＂ in the training and the examination, and medical humanities （including medical ethics, doctor-patient communication and other related contents ） should be taken as necessary requirements in training and examining clinical teaching faculty.
