疼痛规范管理提高肺叶切除患者术后早期疼痛控制的效果

目的规范肺叶切除患者术后早期疼痛管理方法,探讨疼痛规范管理的临床应用与疼痛控制效果间的关系。方法全部患者分为2组,2008年4-9月手术的患者入选观察组,共111例;2007年10月至2008年3月手术的患者入选对照组,共105例。观察组实施疼痛规范管理,对照组实施传统的疼痛护理管理,比较两组患者在疼痛控制效果上的差异。结果对照组术后24 h伤口疼痛分数〉3分患者的疼痛分值均大于观察组,观察组重度以上疼痛的患者则明显少于对照组。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论规范的疼痛管理可以提高术后疼痛控制效果,有利于肺叶切除患者术后早期进行胸部体疗和活动,促进患者康复。

Effects of Standard Pain Management on Early Pain-Control for Patients with Lobectomy

Objective To standardize early pain management for patients with lobectomy and to investigate the relationship between standard pain management and pain control effect. Methods A total of 216 patients were divided into group A（n= 111） which received the operations from Apr. to Sep. 2008 and group B（n= 105） which received operations from Oct. 2007 to Mar. 2008. The patients in group A were given the standard pain management program,and the patients in group B were given the routine pain management. The differences in pain-control effects between the two groups were compared. Results The average pain score （〉3 points） in Group A was higher than that in Group B during the first 24 h postoperatively. The proportion of severe pain in group A was less than that in Group B. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Standard pain management can alleviate postoperative pain,and help the patients with lohectomy perform early chest physical therapy and activities for better rehabilitation.
