对原发性高血压患者实施健康教育的效果观察

目的观察对原发性高血压患者实施健康教育的效果。方法120例原发性高血压病人随机分为教育组60例和对照组60例,对照组常规给予降压药等药物治疗及常规护理措施,观察组在此基础上实施健康教育措施。观察4周后血压控制情况、服药依从性及对相关疾病知识、相关自我保健技能的掌握情况。结果健康教育组患者服药依从性好,较多患者掌握疾病相关知识、相关自我保健技能,控制血压的总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为85.0%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对原发性高血压患者实施健康教育,能提高疗效。

Observation about the efficacy of practicing health education to essential hypertension patients

Objective To observe the effect of practicing health education to essential hypertension patients.Methods 120 essential hypertension patients were randomly divided into two groups,the education group and the control group.The control group was treated with the hypotensive drug and the usual care,and the education group was given the health education based on the above measures.The blood pressure control information,drug compliance,relevant disease's knowledge and technical skill of self-care were observed after four weeks.Results The patients of education group had better drug compliance,relevant disease's knowledge and technical skill of self-care.The total effective rate of the education group was 95%,and that of the control group was 85%.There were statistical significances between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions It can improve the therapeutic efficacy of essential hypertension with health education.
