治疗中口腔健康教育的效果分析

目的：探讨对正畸患者对比实施不同的健康教育方法，正畸患者出现牙龈炎的情况，评价口腔健康教育的效果。方法：将40例正畸治疗初戴固定矫治器的患者，随机分为2组，每组各20例。第1组对刚正畸的患者进行口腔简单健康教育，嘱咐其保持口腔卫生。第2组矫正器初戴后，进行正规全面的口腔健康教育。用菌斑指数（PLI）和牙龈炎指数（GI）发生率评价口腔健康教育的效果。结果：戴固定矫治器12个月，组间的牙龈炎发生率和牙菌斑的发生率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：固定矫正器矫治过程中出现的牙龈炎和牙菌斑，口腔医师应该担负宣教的责任，对于以后口腔保健起重要引导作用，指导其进行健康的口腔保健。

The effect analysis of oral health education in the orthodontic treatment

Objective： To compare the variations of gingivitis on orthodontic and to evaluate the effect of oral health education in orthodontic therapy. Methods： 40 patients who had just taken the fixation appliance early were randomly divided into two groups with the orthodontic treatment, with 20 patients in each group. The first group accepted simple individual oral health education, while the second group gained normal and comprehensive oral health education. The effect with incidence of GI and PLI in the orthodontic treatment was evaluated. Results： There was significant difference between the two groups in the 12 months with the orthodontic treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The gingivitis and dental plaque taken by fixed appliance should be paid attention to. What＇s more,the group training of oral health education is one of the best way to prevent gingivitis and dental plaque.
