脑梗死患者血清脂蛋白（a）与C-反应蛋白检测的临床意义

目的探讨脂蛋白（a）与C-反应蛋白水平在急性脑梗死发病中的作用及临床意义。方法CRP水平由美国Beackman特定蛋白分析仪测定。脂蛋白（a）与血脂水平由美国Beackman全自动生化分析仪测定，同期测定30例健康体检者作为对照组并与之比较。结果脑梗死患者的血清脂蛋白（a）、C-反应蛋白水平显著高于对照组（P〈0．01），且脂蛋白（a）与CRP水平呈显著正相关（γ=0．710，P〈0．01）。结论①血清脂蛋白（a）是CRP水平升高的主要相关因素；②血清脂蛋白（a）和C反应蛋白含量的升高是脑梗死患者的危险因素。

Clinical significance of plasma lipoprotein (a) and C-reactive protein level in cerebral infarction patients

Objective To investigate the function and clinical significances of the concentration of the plasma lipoprotein(a) and C-reactive protein in cerebral infarction. Methods The concentration of the plasma C-reactive protein was measured by Beckkman specific protein analyzer, while the concentration of the plasma lipids protein and lipoprotein(a) concentrations was measured by Beckman automated biochemical analyzer,30 normal people were analysed in contrast to the patients. Results That serum lipoprotein (a)and C-reactive protein concentrations have a significant difference between normal group (P ＜ 0.01), also the level of lipoprotein (a)have a positive correlation with C-reactive protein(γ=0.710,P＜0.01). Conclusion ①Serum lipoprotein(a) is the main correlated factor of C-reactive protein;②The increase of plasma lipoprotein(a) and C-reactive protein level is an risk factor for cerebral infarction patients.
