炎琥宁治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎124例疗效观察

目的:探讨炎琥宁治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法:采用炎琥宁和利巴韦林分组治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎。结果:炎琥宁组显效率64.1%,总有效率为95.3%;利巴韦林组显效率33.3%,总有效率为63.3%,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。两组止泻时间、平均退热时间均有显著差异性。结论:炎琥宁治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效明显优于利巴韦林。

Observation of 124 cases of infantile rotavirus enteritis treated with Yanhuning

Objective: To discuss the curative effect of Yanhuning treatment on infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods: Yanhuning and ribavirin were adopted to treat infantile rotavirus enteritis respectively in two groups. Results: The prominent efficiency of Yanhuning group was 64.1% with overall efficiency 95.3%; while the prominent efficiency of ribavirin group was 33.3% with overall efficiency 63.3%. Therefore, there were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01), and their antidiarrheal durations and average defervescence time were different too.. Conclusion: The curative effect of Yanhuning treatment on infantile rotavirus enteritis is superior to that of ribavirin.
