| 摘 要： | 用放射免疫法测定164例中医肝病各证型的血浆环核苷酸含量，与健康人37例比较，发现肝气郁结证、肝阳上亢证、肝阳化风证、肝火上炎证、肝血虚证均呈cGMP升高，cAMP变化无显著性差异。cAMP/cGMP比值降低，提示与植物性神经递质释放水平有关。

| Abstract: | We determined cAMP,cGMP concentration in plasma by radioimmunoassay in 164 cases of different syndromes of hepatopathy (Gan Zheng) (29 cases of Ganqiyujie Zheng (GQRJZ),17 of Ganyangshangkang Zheng (GYSKZ),32 of Ganyanghuafeng Zheng (GYHFZ),59 of Ganhuoshangyan Zheng (GHSYZ) and 27 of Ganxuexu Zheng (GXXZ)) Compared with 37 healthy controls,it was found that the contents of cGMP in plasma of all the patients with above five Zheng were increased and the cAMP/cGMP ratio decreased significantly,but the contents of cAMP in all Zheng showed no significant difference The results suggest that plasma cyclic nucleotide alteration might be related to increased release of catecholmines in Gan Zheng as a manifestion of sympathetic hyperfunction |
