摘    要:
目的:应用高效液相色谱法测定寻骨风中马兜铃酸A的含量。方法:以Diamonsil C18为色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)。流动相:甲醇∶水(4∶1);流速:1.0 ml/min;柱温:35℃;检测波长:315 nm。结果:该方法的线性范围为0.005~0.1 mg,进样量与其峰面积之间呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,RSD为0.94%(n=4),表明进样精密度良好。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确,专属性强,适用于寻骨风中马兜铃酸A的含量测定和质量控制。

Abstract:
Objective:To determine the content of aristolochic acide A in herba aristolochiae mollissimae by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods:The determination was conducted by HPLC using a Dia monsil-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) and a mobile phase of methanol-water(4∶1).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and column temperature was 35 ℃.The UV detection wavelength was 315 nm.Result:A good relationship between peak area and a sample mount was noted at 0.005~0.1 mg(r=0.9998).RSD was 0.94% and(n=4).Conclusion:A simple,accurate,selective and suitable method for determination of herba aristolochiae mollissimae was established and the method was also used for quality control.
