腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复儿童足踝部软组织缺损

摘    要:目的探讨腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复儿童足踝部软组织缺损的手术方法,治疗效果。方法采用逆行的腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足踝部软组织缺损36例,切取面积最大12cm×7cm,最小5cm×3cm。结果皮瓣远端坏死1例,经植皮后痊愈,其余35例全部成活。术后随访6个月至5年,皮瓣血运、弹性及质地良好。结论腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣,质地良好、有感觉,手术切取操作简便,不损伤主干血管,是修复儿童足踝部软组织缺损较为理想的方法。

Repairing soft tissue defects in children's foot and ankle using sural neurovascular island flaps
Abstract:Objective To study the operating methods and results of repairing soft tissue defects in children’s foot and ankle using sural neurovascular island flaps. Method The 36 cases of soft tissue defects in children’s foot and ankle were repaired with reverse sural neurovascular island flaps. The area of flaps arrange was from 5cm ×3cm to 12cm ×7cm. Result Among 36 cases 35 had success completely, rest one case got distal necrosis, and latter cured by skin-grafting. The flaps had good blood circulation and satisfactory elasticity by follow -up of 6 months to 5 years. Conclusion Sural neurovascular island flaps have satisfactory elasticity and sensation. Above procedure is an uncomplicated operation without main blood vessel damage, so it’s a comparative desirable methods to repairing soft tissue defects in children’s foot and ankle.
