摘    要:
目的探讨社区健康教育对糖耐量减低(IGT)患者转归的作用。方法对我院社区内180例IGT者进行健康教育,每月举行1次健康讨论,每周进行1次个别宣教和指导,讲解IGT的发生、发展和转归知识,对饮食和运动提出具体的要求,并定期进行随访、督促和指导。结果健康教育组糖尿病的年发生率为6.9%,明显低于对照组为10.8%(P<0.05),健康教育组的血糖、血压、糖化血红蛋白、血浆胆固醇都明显低于对照组。结论健康教育能提高社区人群对IGT的认知能力,能降低IGT者糖尿病的发病率,并可预防心脑血管病的发生。

Abstract:
Objective To approach the effect of community health education on the patients with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT).Methods Health education was performed for 180 IGT patients in our district,health discussion was performed every month,individual education was weekly.The occurrence,development and out come of IGT was explained to these patients,and the patients were required to practice correctly and have adequate diet,follow-up visit.They were supervised regularly during period of follow-up.Results The incidence of diabetic(6.9%) in health education group was significantly lower than in control group(10.8%)(P<0.05).The blood glucose,blood pressure,glycosylated hemoglobin and plasma cholesterol of health education group was significantly lower than that of control group.Conclusions By health education,cognitive ability of IGT is increased in district crowd,it also can lower the incidence of diabetic and cardio-cerebrovascular disease in patients with TGT.
