摘    要:
目的探讨瑜伽形体练习对女大学生的身体形态、心肺功能、心理稳定性以及学习效率的影响。方法将60名女大学生随机分为两组,每组30名。实验组参与瑜伽形体练习6个月,对照组按正常学习生活。观察两组学生身体形态、心肺功能、心理指标以及排球测试成绩。结果实验组体重、腰围、大腿围、上臂围4项指标与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01);肺活量、心率、VO2、仰卧起坐、台阶试验、坐位体前屈6项指标以及心理指标均显著增高(P<0.05或0.01)。结论对女大学生进行瑜伽形体训练能明显提高其形体素质及综合素质。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of Yoga practicing on the body formation,cardio-pulmonary function,mental stability and study efficiency of the female university students.Methods Sixty female university students enrolled in the study were randomly divided into two groups,n=30,respectively.The practicing group participated in the Yoga training for 6 months and the control group lived a normal life without Yoga practice.The surveys on the students' body formation,cardio-pulmonary function and mental parameters and the volley-ball test scores had been recorded in the two groups.Results In the practicing group,the students four parameters of body weight,waist circumference,upper leg circumference and upper arm circumference were improved,in comparison to the control group, there was statistical significance of difference(P<0.05 or 0.01).The six parameters of lung vital capacity,heart rate,VO_2,times of doing sit-ups,master "2-step" exercise test,procurvation in siting position were all improved(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Yoga training can improve the body formation and complex constitution of the female university students.
