前置胎盘剖宫产时尽早缝合子宫之止血法初探

目的:探讨尽早缝合子宫(A法)对前置胎盘剖宫产时出血的止血效果。方法:对65例前置胎盘(含27例中央性前置胎盘)剖宫产病例进行回顾性总结分析。近5年来(A组),采用尽早缝合子宫切口法(A法)及改良B法与5年前(B组)“8”字缝扎法(B法)比较。结果:尽早缝合子宫止血法在手术时间、产后出血率、输血率等方面明显优于其他止血法。结论:尽早缝合子宫止血法在前置胎盘剖宫产时是胎盘剥离面引起出血时的有效止血方法之一。

Uterine suture early in placenta previa during caesarean section

Objective:To discuss the value of performed uterine suture early in hemostasis of placenta previa during caesarean section(method A).Methods:65 caesarean section patients with placenta previa were reviewed retrospectively(27 patients of complete previa).Near five years(group A),the hemostasis(method A) and mended method B were compared with the method of "8" suture at five years before(group B).Results:The group A was succeeded in the duration of operation and postpartum hemorrhage rate and blood transfusion rate,it was obviously shorter than that in the group B.Conclusion:Performed uterine suture early in hemostasis of placenta previa during caesarean section is one of the efficient methods in controlling postpartum bleeding.
