| Abstract: | Reperfusion therapy for acute ischemic stroke has made great progress in recent years.Rapid and accurate assessment of ischemic penumbra is an urgent demand for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Currently,imaging is the most intuitive and effective method to show ischemic penumbra,which uses tissue window to choose patients who can benefit from reperfusion therapy and estimate the risk and prognosis.The authors introduced the clinical evaluation methods of ischemic penumbra in acute cerebral infarction.The strategy of evaluating ischemic penumbra in patients with different time windows and to be treated with reperfusion therapy was recommended in stratified priority. |
