2型糖尿病早期肾病患者血清胱抑素C水平观察

目的探讨检测血清胱抑素C(SCys-C)对诊断2型糖尿病早期肾病的价值。方法检测58例2型糖尿病患者的SCys-C、肌酐、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、肾小球滤过率。结果 2型糖尿病患者的SCys-C、肾小球滤过率、尿微量白蛋白与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01);SCys-C升高具有相对独立性、稳定性和水平回落困难。结论 2型糖尿病肾病患者在亚临床期SCys-C已经发生变化,SCys-C的监测对诊断糖尿病肾病具有特异性和灵敏性,SCys-C可作为糖尿病肾病的标志性的诊断指标。

Observation of serum cystatin-c level in patients with type 2 diabetes and early signs of nephropathy

Objective To explore the value of serum cystain C（SCys-C）in the diagnosis of early kidecy injury in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）.Methods The levels of SCys-C,creatinine,glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,microalbunminuria and glomerular filtration rate were detected in 58 patients with T2DM and 30 healthy subjects.Results There were significant differences of SCys-C,glomerular filtration rate and microalbunminuria between the two groups（P〈0.01）.The increase of SCys-C level had the relative independence and stability.The level of SCys-C was hard to descend.Conclusion The level of SCys-C has changed at subclinical stage.It is sensitive and specific in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,which may be a diagnosis index of diabetic nephropathy.
