Abstract: | The internal mammary artery (IMA) is currently considered as the graft of choice for myocardial revascularization procedures. We report on two patients who underwent successful coronary artery bypass surgery using retrograde IMA flow. We provide, for the first time, angiographic evidence of late patency of an inverted IMA graft. |
