摘    要:
给链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病模型大鼠以超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),观察其自由基代谢改变,结果表明,SOD对改善糖尿病模型大鼠自由基代谢异常有作用。

Abstract:
Superoxide dismutase(SOD) was given to diabetic model rat induced by streptozocin.The results showed that compared with control group, the levels of MDA, LPO were higher in diabetic model groups.T-SOD, Cu-Zn-SOD were lower,P<0.01.After administration of SOD, the levels of MDA,LPO decreased in diabetic model groups.T-SOD, Cu-Zn-SOD increased P<0. 01, and the effect of highdose -SOD was more significant than that of low-dose-SOD. Our results showed that SOD might be effective on metabolism of free radicals in diabetic model rat.
