腹腔镜下全直肠系膜切除术治疗低位直肠癌临床疗效观察

目的 探究腹腔镜下全直肠系膜切除术对治疗低位直肠癌临床疗效及优越性.方法 将86例低位直肠癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予腹腔镜下全直肠系膜切除术,对照组给予开腹全直肠系膜切除术,观察2组患者术后复发率、死亡率及手术效果.结果 2组复发及死亡率比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05),2组手术时间、清除淋巴结数目比较无显著差异(P＞0.05)；观察组术中出血量及肠功能恢复时间均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 腹腔镜下全直肠系膜切除术治疗低位直肠癌安全可行,具有创伤小、术中出血量少、胃肠功能恢复快等优点,可作为目前治疗低位直肠癌的一种较佳手术方案.

The clinical efficacy observation of laparoscopic total mesorectal excision to low rectal cancer

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and superiority of laparoscopic mesorectal resection to low rectal cancer. Methods 86 cases low rectal cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group were treated with laparoscopic total mesorectal excision, the control group was given open total mesorectal excision, then to observe the two groups of patients’ recurrence rate, mortality and results of operations. Results The two groups’ recurrence and mortality was of no significant difference (P> 0.05), two groups’ operative time, remove the number of lymph nodes showed no significant difference (P>0.05); Intraoperative blood loss and recovery of intestinal function in the observation group lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For the treatment of low rectal cancer, laparoscopic total mesorectal excision is feasible and safe, with less trauma, less blood loss, and gastrointestinal quick recovery, which can be used as a better surgical plan for the treatment of low rectal cancer.
