摘    要:目的:探讨术前呼吸指导对肺癌根治术患者手术耐受性和术后肺功能的影响。方法选择本院2012年10月至2013年11月接诊的80例肺癌患者的临床病例资料,对观察组40例患者采用了术前呼吸指导措施,而对照组40例患者采用了常规护理措施,比较两组患者的手术耐受性和术后肺功能变化情况。结果护理后,观察组患者的心率、收缩压等指标均较对照组患者出现了明显改善,组间差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05),且观察组患者的术后肺功能指标MVV、FVC、FEV1均较对照组患者出现了明显提高,组间差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论采用术前呼吸指导有利于缓解肺癌根治术患者的心率和血压波动程度,提高手术耐受性,并提高患者的肺功能,有利于患者的术后恢复,值得临床应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of preoperative respiratory guiding on surgery radical surgery postoperative toler -ance and pulmonary function of patients with lung cancer .Methods In our hospital 80 patients with lung cancer were included in the stud-y, 40 patients of the observation group were treated with preoperative respiratory guidance measures , while 40 patients of the control group a-dopted conventional care measures.Results After treatment the patient's heart rate, systolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly improved than those in the control group ( P〈0.05 ) and postoperative lung function of MVV , FVC, FEV1 in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusions Preoperative respiratory guide will help ease breathing, improve surgical tolerance and improve the patients'lung function and it is worthy of clinical application .
