摘    要:目的通过回访以了解ICU护理工作中存在的问题,提高ICU住院患者满意度。方法按入住ICU时间的单双号将300例患者分为两组,单日130例患者为对照组,未实施回访;双日170例患者为访视组,实施访视护理,比较两组患者对ICU护理工作的满意度、投诉率及表扬率。结果访视组患者对ICU护理工作满意度和表扬率分别高达90.59%和48.24%,显著高于对照组,投诉率仅为5.88%,显著低于对照组,差异具有显著性(均P〈0.01)。结论开展ICU出科患者回访护理,可促进ICU护理服务质量的持续改进,提高患者及家属对ICU护理工作满意度,提升ICU的品牌形象。

Abstract:Objective To understand the existing nursing problems in ICU through return visit, in order to improve the ICU inpa- tients satisfaction. Methods According to ICU admission odd or even date, 300 patients were divided into two groups, 130 patients in con- trol group had not been implemented return visit, 170 patients in interview group were treated with return visit nursing. Two groups were compared with ICU nursing work satisfaction, complaint rate and praise rate. Results Compared with control group, in the interview group ICU nursing job satisfaction and praise rate were 90. 59% and 48. 24% respectively, the complaint rate was only 5. 88%, the differences were significant (P 〈 0.01 for all ) . Conclusions Return visit nursing for ICU discharged patients may promote the ICU nursing service quality continuous improvement, improve the patients and their families to ICU nursing job satisfaction, enhance the brand image of ICU
