临床护理路径对急性早幼粒白血病患者的应用观察

目的探讨临床护理路径措施对急性早幼粒白血病患者的应用效果。方法选择我院2011年4月至2013年6月收治的60例急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者的临床资料，其中，观察组30例患者采用临床护理路径措施，而对照组30例患者采用常规护理措施，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后，观察组患者对医护态度、医护水平、健康宣教及心理干预等满意度分别为96．7％、100％、96．7％以及100％，均明显高于对照组患者，且差异具有明显统计学意义（P〈0．05），而且观察组患者的生活质量各维度评分明显优于对照组患者，组间差异具有明显统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论临床护理路径对急性早幼粒白血病患者具有十分显著的疗效，可明显改善患者的生活质量，缓解患者的不良情绪，提高患者对护理的满意度，有利于患者的病情改善，值得临床应用。

Observation of clinical nursing path on patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing path measures on patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia. Methods From April 2011 to July 2013 60 patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia were included into the study, where the observation group of 30 patients using clinical nursing path measures, while the control group of 30 patients was treated with conventional nursing interventions, nursing effects were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, patients in the observation group with care attitude, patient care, health education and psychological intervention satisfaction were 96. 7 %, 100%, 96. 7% and 100%, were significantly higher than those in the control group with significant statistical difference significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and each dimension of the life quality in the observation group scored significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions The clinical nursing path for patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia has a very significant effect, which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, ease patients＇ bad mood and improve the satisfaction, and it is worthy of clinical application.
