康复理疗仪对脑梗死卧床患者褥疮形成的影响

目的：探讨康复理疗仪在脑梗死卧床患者褥疮护理中的应用效果。方法将50例脑梗死卧床褥疮形成的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各25例，对照组采用常规方法治疗及护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用康复理疗仪护理，比较两组患者的褥疮治疗效果及生活质量。结果观察组治疗的总有效率为96.0％显著高于对照组的80.0％（ P＜0.05）；观察组的治疗时间显著短于对照组，换药次数显著少于对照组，家属的护理满意度显著高于对照组（ P＜0.05）；观察组护理后在物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能等生活质量方面的评分均显著高于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论康复理疗仪能够加速脑梗死卧床患者褥疮恢复，有利于提高护理效果和生活质量。

Influence of rehabilitation physiotherapy instrument on the bedsore formation of bedridden cerebral infarction patients

Objective To investigate the effects of rehabilitation physiotherapy instrument on bedsore nursing of bedridden cerebral infarction patients.Methods A total of 50 cases of bedsore patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group , 25 cases in each group , the control group was given the conventional methods of treatment and nursing , the observa-tion group was given rehabilitation physiotherapy instrument based on the control group , bedsore treatment effects and life quality were com-pared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96%that was higher than 80%in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Time treatment of bedsore in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group , dress-ing change times were significantly less than those in the control group , family nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Quality life scores in the material life , physical function , psychological function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions Rehabilitation physiotherapy instrument can accelerate bedsore recovery of cerebral infarction patients , it is conducive to the nursing effect , improve the life quality.
