临床护理路径对病毒性肠炎患儿疗效及生活质量的影响

目的：探讨临床护理路径对病毒性肠炎患儿的疗效和生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2011年6月至2013年5月收治的150例病毒性肠炎患儿为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组各75例，观察组采用临床护理路径进行干预，对照组采用常规护理措施，比较两组患儿的临床疗效和生活质量相关指标变化情况。结果护理后，观察组患儿的总有效率为93.34％，而对照组患儿的总有效率为76.00％，观察组患儿的总有效率明显高于对照组患儿，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；观察组患儿的每日粪便次数、腹泻、发热、呕吐等临床症状持续时间均明显低于对照组患儿，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论临床护理路径干预对病毒性肠炎患儿具有十分显著的效果，可明显提高患儿的临床治疗效果，有利于患儿各种临床症状的快速缓解，大大提高了患儿的生活质量，值得临床应用。

Effect of clinical nursing pathway on curative effect and quality of life in children with viral enteritis

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on curative effect and quality of life （ QOL） in children with viral enteritis.Methods The clinical data of 150 children with viral enteritis treated in the hospital from June 2011 to May 2013 were collected, then the children were divided into two groups , 75 children in observation group were intervened with clinical nursing pathway , while 75 children in control group were treated with conventional nursing measures; the changes of related indexes of clinical efficacy and QOL in the two groups were compared.Results After nursing , the total effective rates in observation group and control group were 93.34%and 76.00%, respectively, the total effective rate in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group （ P〈0.05）;the duration times of clinical symptoms （such as defecating times, diarrhea, fever and vomiting） in observation group were statisti-cally significantly shorter than those in control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions The effect of clinical nursing pathway for children with vi-ral enteritis is significant , clinical nursing pathway can significantly improve the clinical curative effect , quickly relieve various clinical symp-toms and improve QOL of the children with viral enteritis , which is worth clinical applying.
