急诊护理路径对急性心肌梗死患者抢救效果的影响分析

目的：探讨急诊护理路径对急性心肌梗死患者抢救效果的影响。方法选择我院于2012年5月至2013年11月接诊的140例急性心肌梗死患者的临床病例资料，将所有接诊患者按照随机数字表分为对照组患者（70例，常规护理措施），观察组（70例，急诊护理路径），比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组分诊评估耗时、心电图测量时间、静脉采血时间、静脉通道建立时间、急救总时间均低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组患者对护士态度、护理水平、健康宣教及心理护理等护理满意度均明显高于对照组患者，且差异具有明显统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论急诊护理路径对于急性心肌梗死患者的抢救具有较佳的应用价值，争取了抢救时间，有利于抢救成功，提高了患者对护理的满意度，值得临床应用。

The effects of emergency nursing path on rescue patients with acute myocardial in-farction

Objective To investigate the effects of emergency nursing path on rescue patients with acute myocardial infarction . Methods A total of 140 patients with acute myocardial infarction were included in the study , of which control group of 70 patients with rou-tine care and the observation group of 70 cases with emergency care path .The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results The time-consuming components of observation group were lower than that of the control group , P〈0.05 , and the nursing satisfaction in obser-vation group was higher than that in the control group , P〈0.05.Conclusions Emergency nursing path on rescue patients with AMI has good application value , and it is worthy of clinical application.
