| 摘 要： | 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定咽炎片中芍药苷的含量。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85)为流动相,检测波长230nm。结果:平均回收率为98.48%,RSD为1.28%。结论:方法简便、准确。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method of Paeoniflorin for yanyan tablets by high-performance liquid chromatography.Methods:The method uses a C18 column,acetonitrile- 0.1% phosphoric acid(15:85)as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 230nm.Results:The average recovery was 99.48%,RSD was 1.28%.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate. |
