针灸推拿联合治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效分析

目的观察推拿手法结合针灸治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法筛选符合诊断标准的245例颈型颈椎病患者,按就诊先后顺序随机分为治疗组(147例)和对照组(98例),治疗组采用推拿手法结合针灸治疗,对照组采用单纯的针灸治疗。针灸取穴以活血化瘀、舒经通络为法则。取风池、肩井、天宗穴及夹脊穴进行针刺,留针20～30min,每日治疗1次,10次为1个疗程。2个疗程时间隔2d。共治疗4个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组治愈率及总有效率分别为87.1%和98.6%,对照组治愈率及总有效率分别为72.4%和92.8%,两组治愈率与有效率相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论在针灸治疗基础上加用推拿手法能提高颈型颈椎病的治疗效果,进一步改善颈型颈椎病患者的临床症状,临床疗效明显。

Clinical efficacy analysis on acupuncture and massage combined treatment of cervical spondylosis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy using the combination of acupuncture and massage of the neck in cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 245 patients were selected according to standard of neck type cervical spondylosis according to treatment order.Randomly divided into treatment group(147 cases),the control group(98 cases),treatment group with acupuncture and massage therapy in the control group using a simple acupuncture therapy.Point selection principle referring to point selection principle of the fifth edition of the textbook "acupuncture" is promoting blood circulation to remove the stasis blood,relieving rigidity of muscle and activating collaterals.Points: take the wind pool,shoulders well,Tientsung and Jiaji acupuncture,the needle 20~30 min,daily treatment of 1,10 times as a course of treatment.2 treatment time every 2 days.Then treated with 4 cycles after treatment.Results The cure rate and total effective rates were 87.1% and 98.6% in the control group cure rate and total effective rates were 72.4% and 92.8%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of acupuncturetreatment based on the use of massage techniques can be furtherly improved neck cervical spondylosis clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy,improve the treatment of cervical neck result.
