摘    要:目的优化新疆甘草药渣总黄酮提取工艺。方法利用紫外分光光度法,以甘草苷为标准品,制作标准曲线,在紫外区335nm处对黄酮含量进行测定,以黄酮含量测定值为指标,考察溶剂浓度(A)、料液比(B)、提取温度(C)和提取时间(D)4个因素对总黄酮提取率的影响。结果根据单因素及正交试验分析确定优化的甘草药渣总黄酮提取工艺条件为A3B2C3D2,即95%的乙醇、料液比1∶15、提取温度90℃、提取时间为2h。结论该提取工艺对甘草药渣总黄酮提取率较高。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process of licorice dregs.Methods Using spectrophotometry and glycyrrhizin as a standard,production standard curve was done.The flavonoid content were measured at 335 nm.Using the value of flavonoid as index,we observe the influcence of the concentration of solvent(A),solid to liquid ratio(B),Extraction temperature(C),extraction time(D) to the extraction rate of flavonoids.Results According to the analysis of single factor and orthogonal tests to determine optimal extraction process for the dregs licorice conditions is A3B2C3D2.That is 95% ethanol,solid to liquid ratio 1∶15,temperature 90℃,extraction time 2 h.Conclusion The extraction rate of this technique on extraction of flavonoids is high.
