| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道前列腺电汽化切除术的特点。方法采用经尿道前列腺电汽化切除术治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)68例。结果平均手术操作时间86min,平均失血量65.6ml,平均切割前列腺组织重量36.8g,术后保留导尿管3～5d,无TUR综合征发生,术后3个月尿流率、剩余尿、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(LQS)均明显改善。结论经尿道前列腺电汽化切除术是一种安全性高、并发症少、疗效确切的新方法,更适合高龄、高危和抗凝治疗的BPH患者。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the characteristics of transurethral electrovaporization-ablation of be-nign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods The68patients with BPH were treated by transurethral elec-trovaporization-ablation of prostate.Results On an average,the duration of the procedure was86min,the blood loss65.6ml and the resected prostate tissue36.8g with no account of the vaporized prostate tis-sue.The postoperative catheterization maintained to3～5d,and no patient experienced a TUR syndrome.Flow rate of urine,residual urine,IPSS and LQS were obviously improved3months after operation.Con-clu sion Transurethral electrovaporization-ablation of the prostate is suit to higher risk patients including those on anticoagulation therapy because of its advantages as safety,low morbility and evident efficacy. |
