北五味子活性成分提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的探讨北五味子活性成分的最佳提取工艺。方法以北五味子提取物出率及其五味子甲素、乙素、总木脂素等指标对北五味子乙醇回流提取法、乙醇渗滤提取和超临界流体萃取进行了对比研究。结果3种提取方法对比显示,虽五味子浸膏率无显著变化,但超临界流体萃取方法总木脂素、乙素、甲素的含量均高于传统回流和渗滤提取方法。结论超临界流体萃取应用于北五味子活性成分的提取,具有省时、高效、节能等优点,可作为工业生产提取的理论依据。

Abstract:Objective To study the best extractive technologies of Schisandra chinesnsis(Turcz.)Baill..Methods Contrast ethanol refluent extract,ethanol seeping extract and supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) of Schisandra chinesnsis(Turcz.) Baill.with the rate of paste and contents of schisandrin A,schisandrin B and total lignans which were the essential active components in Schisandra chinensis Baill.as the test indexes.Results In the three methods,the rates of paste were no significant different.The contents of schisandrin A,schisandrin B and total lignans extracted by SFE were higher than those of the others.Conclusion SFE method applied in extraction from Schisandra chinesnsis (Turcz.)Baill.is quick,simple,and can save energy.It can provide theory foundation for industrial production.
