可视喉镜在困难气管插管中的应用价值

目的探讨视可尼可视喉镜(SOS)在困难气管插管中的应用价值。方法 54例拟行困难气管插管患者随机分为2组,S组(n=27例)采用视可尼可视喉镜行气管插管,M组(n=27例)采用Macintoch直接喉镜行气管插管。监测两组患者诱导前、插管开始时和插管完成时的平均动脉压(MAP)和心率(HR),并记录插管时间和插管相关并发症。结果与诱导前比较,插管开始时两组患者MAP、HR均明显降低(P<0.05);插管完成时M组MAP、HR较S组明显升高(P<0.05);S组插管时间明显短于M组(P<0.05);S组插管后并发症发生率明显低于M组(P<0.05)。结论视可尼可视喉镜用于困难气管插管对患者循环功能影响较小,并发症少,插管时间缩短。

Application value of video laryngoscope in difficult endotracheal intubation

Objective To investigate the application value of Shikani video laryngoscope in difficult endotracheal intubation. Methods 54 cases of difficuh tracheal intubation patients were randomly and evenly divided into two groups. The S group was tracheal intubated with Shikani video laryngoscope, and the M group was tracheal intubated with Macintoch laryngoscope directly. The mean arteri- al pressure （MAP） and heart rate （HR） were monitored before, during and after the induction between the two groups, and the duration of intubation and intubation related complications were recorded. Results Compared with betore the induction, MAP and HR decreased obviously at the start of endotracheal intubation in two groups （P 〈0.05 ）. The increase of MAP and HR was more obvious in the group M than in the group s at the time of intubation completed （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The intubation time of the group S was shorter than that of the group M （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the group S than in the group M （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of Shikani video laryngoscope has a less effect on circulation function of patients, less complications, and shorter time of intu- bation in difficult endotracheal intubation. It＇s worth to be applied wildly clinical practice.
