95 例 Warthin 瘤临床病理分析

目的：了解Warthin瘤临床病理特点。方法：从安阳市肿瘤医院病理科活检库中筛选出腮腺肿瘤435例，从20岁起以10岁为界划分年龄组，分别统计各年龄组良恶性肿瘤例数，尤其是Warthin瘤例数、性别分布特点及逐年变化情况。结果：腮腺肿瘤共435例，男性232例，女性203例。男性中良性肿瘤占80．2％（186／232），其中Warthin瘤最多见占49．5％（92／186），多形性腺瘤次之占44．6％（83／186），两者平均发病年龄分别为59．6岁，41．8岁。结论：Warthin瘤发病高峰为50—69岁，〈40岁患者罕见。男女比例悬殊，是男性最常见的腮腺良性肿瘤，常发生于腮腺后下极，绝大多数为单灶，连续9年没有呈现明显上升趋势。

The clinico -pathologic analysis of 95 cases with parotid Warlhin tumor

Objective：To study the disease status and clinico - pathologic features of parotid Warthin tumor in north of Henan province. Methods：From 2003 to 2011,435 patients with parotid tumor were screened from pathologic biopsy library of Anyang Tumor Hospital, Henan. Results： In 4 3 5 patients, 2 3 2 were male and 2 0 3 female. Benign tumor were 18 6 in male, Warthin tumor were 92 （49.5 % ）. The most number and Pleomorphic adenoma were 83 （44.6%）. Conclusion：Age from 50 to 69 was a risk period in north of Henan province, the patients less than 40 years old were rare. Most patients with Warthin tumor were male. Warthin tumor was the most common benign parotid tumor of male.
