| 摘 要： | 目的为血脂灵胶囊质量控制提供新的方法。方法选用C18柱,流动相为甲醇∶0.1%磷酸溶剂(85∶15),检测波长为254nm。结果大黄素(C15H10O5)对照品在0.0565~0.1695μg范围内成良好的线性关系,平均回收率为97.69%,RSD为1.64%。结论本实验方法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为血脂灵胶囊质量控制方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To develop an effective quality control method for Xuezhiling capsules. Methods The determination was performed on C18 analytic column with methonal-0.1% phosphoric acid (85∶15) as mobile phase , the detection wavelength was at 254 nm. Results The linear ranges of emodin was 0.056 5~0.169 5 μg , the average recovery was 97.69% and RSD was 1.64%. Conclusion The method was found to be simple, sensitive,accurate and conld be used for the quality control of the preparation |
