摘    要:目的:优选清肺止咳颗粒的提取最优工艺。方法:采用正交设计试验方法,以甘草酸及干膏得率作为指标,考察最优提取工艺。结果:提取最佳工艺为煎煮次数3次,每次煎煮时间1h,加水量6倍。结论:该提取工艺稳定可行。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extraction process of qingfei zhike granules. Method: With the yield of dry paste composition and glycyrrhizic acid were used as index, the optimum extraction condition was selected by the experimental methods of orthogonal design. Result: The optimal extraction process of qingfei zhike granules was 6 times amount of water,3 times extraction and 1 hour each time. In this condition, Qingfeizhike granules could be extracted effectively. Conclusion: The extraction process is stable and feasible.
