| 摘 要： | 目的:分析研究126例顽固性高血压患者的临床资料,探讨本病病因。方法:本研究共选126例顽固性高血压患者,均符合JNCVI诊断标准,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:顽固性高血压病因很多,其中药物不合理应用最为常见。结论:发生顽固性高血压的病因复杂,应找出降压失败的真正原因,重视个体化治疗。
