| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨EphA2/EphrinA1和E—cadherin在肾癌组织中的表达及与肾癌临床病理特征的关系．方法：利用免疫组织化学法检测68例肾癌组织、24例正常肾组织中EphA2、EphrinA1和E—cadherin的表达；并采用流式细胞术对上述三种蛋白进行定量分析，采用SPSS13．0进行统计学处理。结果：肾癌组织中EphA2、EphrinA1的表达明显高于正常肾组织（P〈0．01）；E-cadhetin的表达明显低于正常肾组织（P〈0．01）。在肾癌组织中，肿瘤高分级组EphA2、EphrinA1蛋白的表达水平（IHC、FCM）显著高于低分级组（P〈0．01，P〈0．05），而E—eadherin蛋白的表达（IHC）显著低于低分级组（P〈0．01）；肿瘤高分期组EphA2、EphrinA1蛋白的表达水平（IHC、FCM）显著高于低分期组（P〈0．01，P〈0．05），而E—cadherin蛋白的表达（IHC）显著低于低分期组（P〈0．01），淋巴结转移组EphA2、EphrinA1蛋白的表达（IHC、FCM）显著高于无淋巴结转移组（P〈0．05）。而E—cadherin蛋白的表达（IHC）显著低于无淋巴结转移组（P〈0．05）。免疫组织化学显示EphA2与E-cadherin蛋白的表达呈显著负相关（r=-0．483，P〈0．01），EphrinA1与E-cadherin蛋白的表达呈显著负相关（E-0．414，P〈0．01）．EphA2与EphrinA1蛋白的表达呈显著正相关（r=-0．906，P〈0．01）。结论：EphA2／EphrinA1与E—cadherin蛋白表达异常可能共同参与了肾癌的发生、发展与转移；联合检测三种蛋白对于评价肾癌的恶性程度、判断其转移潜能具有一定的参考价值。 |
