复杂胫骨平台骨折手术疗效影响因素探讨

目的：探讨复杂胫骨平台骨折手术疗效的影响因素并提出对策。方法：手术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折58例；回顾分析术后疗效及相关的影响因素。结果：52例获得随访，平均随访时间35．6个月（9～78个月）。采用Rasmussen膝关节功能评分标准评价疗效，优良率为82．7％。结论：术前严格评估骨折程度、选择合适的手术时机，术中尽可能解剖复位、并给予坚强的固定，术后正确指导功能锻炼、积极预防各种并发症，是提高复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效的关键。

Influencing Factors of Surgical Treatment for Complex Fracture of Tibial Plateau

Objective：To explore influencing factors of surgical treatment for complex fracture of tibial plateau and propose conesponding suggestions. Methods：The data from 58 cases of complex fracture of tibial plateau treated in our hospital from Jan. 2000 to Jun. 2007 was analyzed retrospectively. We focused on the patients＇ postoperative effects and possible influential factors. Results ： Fifty - two patients had been followed up for a period of 9 -78 months （average of 35.6 months）. According to Rasmussen joint functional grading system, the excellent and good ratio was 82.7%. Conclusions：In order to obtain excellent clinical results of com-lex fracture of tihial plateau, the key points consists of accurately evaluating fractures and choosing operational opportunity before operation, conducting anatomical reduction as far as possible and forceful fixation during operation, directing the patients joint functional exercise and preventing various complications after operation.
