| 摘 要： | 目的：建立用HPLC测定归芍胶囊中的芍药苷含量方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，C18（250mm×4.6mm，5μm），流动相：甲醇-水（25∶75），检测波长：230nm，流速：1ml/min。结果：芍药苷在0.41～4.08μg范围内线性关系良好，芍药苷的平均回收率为98.9%，RSD=0.6%（n=5）。结论：该方法灵敏、专属性好、重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a HPLC method for determination of Paeoniflorin in guishao capsules. Methods：The HPLC method was used C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5um）.The mobile phase was methanol-water （25：75）.The detection wavelength was 230 nm.The flow rate was 1ml/min. Results： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.41-4.08 ug. The average recovery was 98.9% （RSD=0.6%）. Conclusion ：The method is sensitive, specific and repeatable. |
